Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender comes fro the latin word “lavare,” which means to wash.  Lavender is very versatile and has been nicknamed “The Mother of Aromatherapy” because she can do almost anything.  Throughout history, Lavender Oil has been known for its therapeutic properties and calming effects.  It is a primary oil for bathing, soothing and disinfecting and relieves stress, fatigue and depression.  Some other benefits include:  Treats cuts, burns and insect bites, uplifts you mood and balances mood swings, and is beneficial for treating allergies.  Blends well with Peppermint, Rose, Rosemary, Marjoram, Neroli, Bergamot, Sandlewood, Frankincense, Geranium and Melissa.
